When i install malta intl v2.0 and malta ilsand scenery fsx

 When i install malta intl v2.0 and malta ilsand scenery fsx hi , i just built a high tech pc including hardware , intel core 2 quad 2.33 ghz, 4 gb ram, nvidia 9800 gt 1 gb, 500 gb hard disk before i installed malta airport and malta scenery i played at full graphics without any problems what so ever,
when i installed malta airport and malta scenery i could not even play due to slow run time , only on malta island at full grapichs !! i have to change the grapichs to minimum so i dont have any problems regarding the game runing slow, but at other places it runs fine with full graphics applied, the problem is when i approach malta , and the texture loads slow ,

which version of fsx do you have? Are you running the acceleration pack?
